• Standard Shipping: ₹200 (Free for orders above ₹1500)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or festive season demand.

4. Packaging

Our chocolates are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During summer and warmer months, we use insulated packaging and ice packs to prevent melting.

5. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 11 AM are typically processed on the same day.

• Orders placed after 11 AM or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor its journey.

7. Delivery Issues

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may attempt redelivery.

• For failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Melted Chocolates

While we take utmost care in packaging, if your chocolates arrive damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll ensure your concerns are addressed.
